The IUOE Local 542 Health Center is a convenient healthcare option for IUOE Local 542 members, and your covered family members.  The Health Center is available to eligible members and their dependents (over 2 years old).

All services provided at the health center are available to you for free – with no co-pay or deductible. It is important to note this does not replace any of your existing access or health benefits – the health center is an add-on for convenient and comprehensive primary care.

The health center, operated by Activate through Marathon Health, is an excellent choice when you need a checkup, or treatment for a minor illness or injury, helping you avoid a visit to urgent care. You can even address multiple concerns in one visit. By visiting the health center you’ll get:

• Easy access to a provider when you need it, with in-person and virtual care services
• Care for everything from routine checkups and urgent needs to chronic condition management
• Full-scope family medicine including school/sports physicals and sick visits (providers care for patients aged 2 and up)
• Women’s health services
• Same-day and next-day appointments
• No cost onsite lab work – you can even bring in a prescription for bloodwork to be drawn at the health center
• Select no-cost onsite medications for both acute and chronic conditions
• DOT physicals available onsite at the health center
• Onsite COVID testing
